Senior Center Handbook & Operating Procedures

For all programs paid in advance, no refunds will be given unless you find a replacement, or there is a wait list.

In the event a program is cancelled, we will do our best to inform you via our regular attendance and sign up sheets.  If you do not sign up for a program, but plan to attend, note that we will be unable to contact you personally. Please be sure to sign up in advance for all programs, unless noted otherwise.

Day and overnight trip policies may vary. See trip page for all Trip Policies & Procedures. 

Stay tuned to channels 3, 8, and 30 for closings due to weather.   If Ellington schools are closed or delayed, so is the Senior Center.

1 Hour Delay = Open 9:30 am

90 Min. Delay = Open 10:00 am

2 Hour Delay = Open 10:30 am

Early Dismissal:

All evening programs and activities are cancelled.

Meals:

No meals will be served on days of late opening or early closing.
